This Sunday is the open performance for the Ross show choir groups Next Generation and Legacy. Tickets will cost $5, and the performance will be in the auditorium. Doors will open at 7 and the show starts at 7:30 p.m.
The theme for Legacy’s show this year is Just Dance. Where the group is on a journey through dance and song in order to gain five stars. Although there may be troubles along the way you will have to come and see for yourself.
There are multiple different parts that work together to help each performance run smoothly. Our group is lucky to have our amazing Tech Leader RHS Senior Lily Droke. She stated, “My only concern is students letting fear and nerves take over the performance.” Many people including more experienced members still feel these nervous jitters.
Another important role is that of the student combo lead RHS sophomore Mikey Pingleton. When asked about his confidence in the combo winning best band this year, he stated, “Very confident. We have a whole bunch of hard-working players.”
Both of these student leaders are very excited about this year’s competition season and can’t wait to see how the groups perform. Hopefully, you can attend and enjoy this year’s show. Legacy’s first competition will be the following week at North Royalton in Cleveland Ohio.
