Biennial Band Trip

Spring break is near, which means the Ross Band of Class is headed to Disney for their biennial band trip. The band departs from Cincinnati on Saturday, Mar. 29, 2025, and returns on Thursday, Apr. 3, 2025.

When interviewed, senior trombone player Abby Praechter stated they would visit “Epcot, Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Universal.” While at Magic Kingdom, they will march in the morning parade.

In 2023, the band took their trip to New York City. On each trip, they switch between Disney and New York; therefore, all the kids in the band will be able to go to both.

Praechter is most excited to go around the world at Epcot, she is least excited for the early flights. We hope the band has a great trip and everyone makes it back safely!

She hopes to write well-thought-out pieces the Ross community can connect with, and enjoy. Gottlieb is excited about her senior year, as well as her journey in journalism.
