Payten Hume is a Sophomore staff writer for Ross High Times. She enjoys staying active by playing volleyball for Borderline Volleyball and working out in her free time. Outside of sports, Hume loves taking photos, spending time with friends, going to concerts, and capturing moments that tell a story. She is passionate about creativity and hopes to use her photography and writing to express herself and connect with others. Being part of the Ross High Times has helped her grow more confident in her writing and communication skills. Hume enjoys covering topics that are relatable to students and hopes her work can make people feel seen and understood. She is a positive, caring person who tries to bring good energy into everything she does. When she’s not busy with school, you can usually find her laughing with friends or finding new ways to stay active.
