Did you know that Ireland is most known for aspects of rich history, culture, traditional music, dances, and stunning landscapes? This is a chance you will not want to miss, traveling almost 4,000 miles away from home might be the perfect getaway trip for you.

Ross High School is partnering with Education First (ED) for this special trip to Ireland to happen. ED has been in business since 1965. ED has helped millions of people and students see new places, experience new cultures, and learn new things about the world.

ED’s one global mission is to open the world through education. They are achieving this through worldwide presence, focusing on affordability, and their commitment to providing experiences that teach critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Kameron Commins, a current Sophomore at Ross High School, went to Iceland, for the school trip with ED in 2023. Commins said, “Iceland was something I will never forget. I got to experience a unique culture and see beautiful landscapes.”

This is 7 full-packed days of seeing unique things, you wouldn’t get to see on a normal basis. Not only can you go on this trip with your friends, but you’re also provided with a full-time tour guide. On day one, sometime in the month of June you would fly overnight to Ireland and depart for home on day 9.

John S, a group leader for ED said, “This tour exposed my travelers to so much of Ireland. They learned about the history of Ireland, both good and bad. This was a different type of classroom (better).”

If you’re greatly interested in coming to Ireland there are different payment plans, if this is a better option for you. There is a monthly plan and a bi-weekly plan.

As of now, 12 students are going, plus two chaperons, Mrs. Greco, and Mr. Streng. If you have any questions or are interested, feel free to contact ([email protected]) or ([email protected]).
