Valentine’s Day is always a controversial holiday. Many people enjoy all of the romance while others think it’s a dumb holiday to celebrate. When people are asked about Valentine’s Day people usually say either that it was made up by business or that it’s truly about love.

When asked about Valentine’s Day, RHS Junior Madison Gadd stated,” I think that is good that we have a day devoted to our loved ones.”

Gadd stated,” It was definitely made up by business to make more money but I still think Valentine’s is an important holiday.

RHs sophomore Logan Webster stated,” I think Valentine’s Day is a stupid holiday but I still do celebrate it.” Webster explained why he hated the holiday he told me that you should treat your special someone like it’s Valentine’s Day throughout the year.

Overall the Ross community is split on which side they are on. But as Valentine’s Day is coming soon you should still say something nice to that special someone.
